1. Order Processing and Verification
All orders are processed in the sequence they are received. The processing time typically takes 72 business hours.
- Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national public holidays in Pakistan.
- Order Verification (COD Protection): To ensure the safety of our riders and prevent misuse of the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, our team reserves the right to call customers to verify orders exceeding [Insert Value, e.g., PKR 5,000]. Failure to verify the order may result in cancellation.
2. Delivery Timelines (Fast Shipping Across Pakistan)
Our estimated delivery times commence after your order has been successfully processed and dispatched.

3. Open Parcel / Check Before Pay Service (Misuse Prevention)
We proudly offer our Open Parcel Policy for maximum customer confidence. This allows you to inspect the item before paying the rider, provided the following rules are strictly followed:
- Inspection Time Limit: The courier will wait for a maximum of 3 to 5 minutes to allow for a quick inspection.
- Visual Inspection Only: This service is for verifying the quality, color, fabric, and ensuring the product is intact. It does not include trying on the garment while the courier waits.
- Immediate Decision: You must decide immediately (within the 3 to 5 -minute window) whether to accept and pay for the parcel or hand it back to the courier.
- No Damage during Check: If the product is damaged, stained, or tags are removed during the inspection by the customer, the customer is liable and must accept the parcel. The courier reserves the right to refuse the return in such cases.
- Courier’s Right: The delivery rider has the final authority to refuse the Open Parcel service if the rules are violated or if the delivery location is deemed unsafe.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Final charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Unclaimed Shipments
- Damage/Tampering: If the external packaging appears tampered with, please refuse the shipment immediately and notify us.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within 7 working days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the courier and send a replacement item if the package is confirmed lost.
- Unclaimed COD Orders: Unclaimed Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are returned to us may result in the customer being blacklisted from using the COD payment method for future orders.
