At PretBee, we want you to love what you wear. Because we offer an Open Parcel Delivery service, we aim to resolve most satisfaction issues right at your doorstep. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item after the courier has left.

Check Before You Pay

The “Open Parcel” Advantage We offer a unique “Check Before You Pay” service. When your order arrives, you are encouraged to open the parcel and inspect the fabric quality, color, and size.

  • If you like it: Pay the rider and keep the package.
  • If you don’t: Return it to the rider immediately. No payment is required, and no questions will be asked.

Post-Delivery Returns

Post-Delivery Returns (10-Day Policy) If you accepted the parcel but later discovered an issue, our standard return policy applies:

  • Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Since you have inspected the item at the door, returns after delivery are generally accepted only for sizing issues or manufacturing defects that were not visible during the initial inspection.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality of our products for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items that have strong odors (such as perfume, smoke, or body odor).
  • Items with missing or detached original tags.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [pretbeeteam@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us at [+92 332 6819889] with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. We will approve the request and provide you with the return address.
  3. Please ship the item back to us.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (your choice) within 7 business days.
  • Rejected: If the item is found to be used or damaged by the customer, it will be sent back to you.
