3.2 Prohibited Actions The service does not permit trying on clothes while the courier waits. Any attempt to fully wear, use, or soil the garments during the inspection period is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Customer Responsibility for Damage The customer agrees to handle the product with care during the inspection. If the product is damaged, stained (e.g., makeup, perfume, tears), or if the original tags are removed by the customer during the inspection period, the customer is liable to pay the full price and accept the item.
3.4 Courier Discretion Our delivery personnel reserve the right to deny the Open Parcel service or refuse to wait if the terms (e.g., time limit of 10 minutes) are violated, or if the customer engages in misuse of the product or harasses the delivery staff.
4. Intellectual Property
